Imagine walking into your kitchen and there you pick up the biggest blender ever produced. Into that gigantic blender you put the good (and bad) ingredients of
The La’s,
The Stone Roses,
The Magic Numbers,
The Coral and maybe even
Oasis and then let it spin/rotate (?what exactly does a blender do?) for a few minutes. You might have to add a little twist of the 60’s to get it just right, but then there’s an outstanding chance that you’ll get something sounding a lot like
The Mighty High Times. Oh well – I guess what I’m really trying to say is that if you like to listen to attractive/catchy indie pop with jangly guitars this band might be something for you to check out!
